FEDERAL WAY, Wash., Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a 13% increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend, from $0.15 per share to $0.17 per share.

The dividend of $0.17 per share on the common stock of the corporation is payable November 30, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business November 9, 2012.
