Stephenson is currently senior legal counsel at Weyerhaeuser and has been with the company since 2001. Previously, Stephenson was a partner at the Portland, Ore., law firm of Schwabe, Williamson and Wyatt, specializing in maritime law.

"We're very pleased to have Guy Stephenson take on the role of president of Westwood Shipping," said Richard E. Hanson, executive vice president and Chief Operating Officer, Weyerhaeuser Company. "Guy's experience and breadth of knowledge in the shipping industry and maritime law will be invaluable to Westwood's success going forward."

"We thank Craig for his tremendous effort in building a committed and loyal customer base for the shipping business over the past 17 years," said Hanson. "While we have a strong replacement in Guy, Craig will be missed by his customers and his team. We wish him the very best in retirement."
