Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI) Announces Promotions and New Hires

Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company, has announced the following management changes:
Seattle, Wash., -- David Brentlinger has been named senior vice president, director of real estate, overseeing WRI's land banking program. The program has $1.4 billion of projects under management.
Brentlinger joined Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company in 1989 and then WRI in 2001.
Jon Thieman has been promoted to senior vice president, controller and treasurer.
Thieman joined Weyerhaeuser Company in 1979 working with the internal audit department. He acted as internal audit director and assistant controller for Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company from 1989 until 1998, when he joined WRI as the vice president, controller and treasurer.
Lynda Meadows has re-joined WRI as vice president of investor capital.
Meadows joined Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company in 1995 and first joined WRI in 1998 as assistant controller. In 2001, she joined Weyerhaeuser Company acting as IT/engineering controller and then as corporate staff controller.
Mark Ahlstedt has been promoted to vice president and investment manager in the Seattle, Wash., regional office.
Ahlstedt joined WRI in 2000 as a project analyst.
Connie Fillis is now senior project analyst in the Seattle, Wash., regional office.
Fillis joined WRI in 2002 as a project analyst.
Reston, Va. -- Mark Davis is now senior project analyst in the DC Metro regional office.
Davis joined WRI in 2003 as a project analyst.
Denver, Co., -- J William Jones is now assistant vice president and assistant investment manager of the Denver, Colo. regional office.
Jones joined WRI in 2000 as a project analyst.
Irvine, Calif., -- Annie Chang is now assistant vice president and assistant investment manager in the Southern California regional office.
Chang joined WRI in 2002 as a project analyst.
Jason Purvis is now assistant vice president and assistant investment manager in the Southern California regional office.
