Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company, today announced the following management changes:

Reston, Va. -- Lawrence DeMoss has been named senior vice president and regional manager of the Eastern and Southern United States regions.
DeMoss has managed the Greater Washington, D.C., Metro Regional Office as vice president and investment/branch manager since 2002. He has been with WRI since 1988.
Roseville, Calif. -- Jack Marsh has been named senior vice president and regional manager of the Northern California/Nevada region.
Marsh has managed the Roseville, Calif., branch office as vice president and investment/branch manager since 1993, and has been with Weyerhaeuser since 1973.
Claudia King is now assistant vice president and assistant investment manager of the Northern California branch office.
King joined WRI in 1999 as a project analyst.
Las Vegas, Nev. -- Mark Howell has been promoted to vice president and investment manager for the Las Vegas branch office.
Howell has been with Weyerhaeuser since 1990, and most recently acted as assistant vice president and investment manager in the Roseville, Calif., branch office.
Chris Ritter has been promoted to Project Analyst for the Las Vegas branch office.
Ritter has been with WRI since 2001, formerly working with the Investment Operations department in the Seattle, Wash., corporate headquarters.
