Weyerhaeuser Company Limited Declares Dividend

The board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company Limited (TSX: WYL) on Jan. 13, 2005 declared a dividend of 40 cents per share on the exchangeable shares of the corporation payable Feb. 28, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 4, 2005.

The dividend shall be paid in the Canadian dollar equivalent at the noon spot exchange rate on Jan. 13, 2005 of 1.2003. The Canadian dollar equivalent amount is 48 cents.
