The executive committee of the board of directors of the Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) on Jan. 13, 2005, declared a dividend of 40 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation payable Feb. 28, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 4, 2005.
