Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors Hires New Vice President, Investor Capital

Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI), a provider of institutional capital for project financing for homebuilders and developers, has hired Ben Conwell as vice president, investor capital.

Conwell comes from Quadrant Homes, where he most recently served as vice president for Northwest Communities, overseeing the development of Quadrant's large master planned communities in the Puget Sound area. In 20 years with Quadrant, Conwell held positions in finance, development and sales of land and income properties.

Conwell holds a master's in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a bachelor's of science from the University of Richmond.
